Course Curriculum
Eligibility
To be eligible for CBAP certification, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Have a minimum of 7,500 hours of business analysis work experience within the last ten years.
- Within those hours, you must have worked on at least four different business analysis knowledge areas as defined in the BABOK® Guide (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge).
- Have at least 35 hours of professional development in the last four years.
Pre-requisites
The IIBA-CBAP training course requires minimum of 7500 hours of work experience in the last 10 years, 900 hours of which should be in four out of the six BABOK® Guide Version 3 Knowledge areas. You need a minimum of 35 hours of Professional Development (PDs) in the past four years. Also, you need two references from a career manager, client or CBAP® Professional, and a signed IIBA® Code of Conduct. CBAP Certification exam requires a two-step process.
