Card 1: Rewriting a Quote Flow One trainee worked on changing how quotes are generated for new policies. They added a custom logic that gave discounts for multiple vehicles. This task taught them Gosu scripting and decision tables, all in a controlled training environment.

Card 2: Adding a New Coverage Type Another trainee helped simulate adding a new “Flood Coverage” option to an existing product model. They built the coverage, created eligibility rules, and connected it to the rating engine.
